A semi-rigid 1.91b density closed cell spray foam. BaySeal closed cell foam has the highest aged R-value of any spray foam at 6.9 per inch! This foam is a one shot air barrier and vapor retarder. Suitable for use in wall assemblies, sprayed directly to underside of roofs,
stone foundations, crawlspaces or anywhere else superior insualtion is required. Polar Pro is the cold weather version of the closed cell. It also comes in a 3.01b density for use in roofing applications.

A soft flexible foam with the look and feel of angel food cake. BaySeal open cell foam has an R-value of
3.4-3.8 per inch. This foam acts as an air barrier and is suitable for use in wall assemblies, sprayed directly to underside of roofs and rim joists. Although it is not a vapor retarder, it does offer some moisture protection as it stops moisture-laden air from freely moving through ceiling and wall assemblies. It is also good for interior partitions and sound dampening.
